I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying from the University of Plymouth, complemented by a prior Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Construction from the same institution.

Asset Management & Compliance

Drawing from senior management positions within Asset Management departments, I possess the expertise and qualifications to comprehensively support and advise clients on portfolio management. Holding qualifications in Management of Asbestos in Buildings (P405) and Legionella Control for Responsible Persons adds a robust layer to my capabilities.

Employers Agent – Residential

My proficiency in the Employers Agent (EA) role spans both S106 and land-lead residential schemes for Housing Association and Local Authority clients. I offer insights on pre and post-contract matters, ensuring seamless project delivery. Key to my success are strong communication skills, technical expertise, legal and regulatory knowledge, and adaptability.

Design & Specification – Refurbishment and Regeneration
